Blueberry & Cucumber

Blueberries aren’t just filled with antioxidants; these little gems boast healthy levels of fibre, folate, vitamin B6 and phytonutrients. Paired with naturally hydrating cucumber, this infusion will refresh and revive.
Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries
1 english cucumber
Method:
Thinly slice the cucumber and place in the bottom of the pitcher. Add the blueberries and stir with a wooden spoon, if desired. Top with ice water and refrigerate for at least two hours. Serve over ice.
