  1. Forward turn:

  2. Side turn:

Still in a standing position, place your hands holding a dumbbell. Try to lie as much as possible on one side and wait a few seconds. After that, repeat on the opposite side. Do this ten times on both your sides.

Planks are the best exercise for the abdominal area. It is very easy and simple. You just need to position yourself in a push-up position with your elbows (at a 90% angle). Make sure your body is in a straight line from head to toe.

Place your body in a push-up position and jump on each leg interchangeably. Try to get the knee as close to the chest as possible.

  1. Bicycle:

Lie on the floor and place your hands behind your head. Raise your knee to a 90 degree angle and move your legs as if you were riding a bicycle. Turn your torso during the movement.
