When we exercise, we often forget about our face. Cheeks, like other parts of our body, need a workout to get the right shape. Well, whether your genes play a role in this or you have cheekbones like Angelina Jolie, you need to do facial exercises regularly.
Here are 7 daily exercises that will help you get rid of bouncy cheeks and get the perfect look.
1- Sideways kissing
Kiss your lips as much as you can from left to right. Then, on the other side, squeeze your lips as much as you can. Repeat 15 times.
2- Half grind your teeth
Turn one corner of your mouth back and work your neck muscles. When you look in the mirror and see the lines in your neck, you are doing the right job. Repeat 15 times.
3- Fish face
Pull in your cheeks and pucker your lips. Then tilt your head back, imagining your chin touching the ceiling, and stretch your chin and neck wide. Hold the position for 10 seconds and repeat 15 times.
4- Trim your cheekbones
High cheekbones enhance a chubby face. To open the oval-shaped mouth, place the teeth behind the lips, place the fingers on the cheekbones and use the fingers to lift the facial skin. Hold the position for 30 seconds.
5- Eyes closed
Believe it or not, you know, you can just close your eyes and melt the fat on your cheeks. So close your eyes as hard as you can, and you will feel the force of gravity on your face. Hold the position for 3 seconds and repeat 15 times.
6- Chin up
Keep your lower lip above your upper lip and lift your chin as high as you can. Repeat 15 times.
7- Hanging chin
This isn’t a great lift, but it does help melt the fat from your cheeks. Place your tongue behind your lower teeth and keep your chin as low as possible. Repeat 15 times.
