You will find a multitude of mouthwashes in supermarkets and pharmacies, however, most of them contain chemicals (chlorhexidine, amine fluoride, tin fluoride) that disrupt the oral flora and can increase the risk of hypertension. Today, we are revealing two natural recipes to replace the lotions found in stores.

The herbal bath that takes care of your teeth
In a closed jar, filled with half a liter of vodka, macerate the following plants:

  • 2 tablespoons of crushed cardamom seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of dried eucalyptus leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of rosemary leaves
  • 1 tablespoon noble bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon wild mint or spearmint
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme

Stir the mixture regularly, after one month of maceration, filter and put a few drops in 6 glasses of water to make your mouthwash, 1 to 2 times a day.

Rinse your mouth with tea

Prepare a bottle of green tea infusion, to keep in your bathroom to rinse your mouth before or after brushing. This mouthwash, applied daily, will reduce the number of bacteria responsible for cavities and mouth inflammations in a few minutes.
