Summer and the sun are here! The perfect time to consume your favorite detox drinks. These trendy and healthy drinks are perfect for losing weight, purifying your body and fighting many diseases.

1 – ORANGE AND BLUEBERRY WATER: TO COMBAT TOXINS

This gourmet flavored water will be your slimming asset and will strengthen your immune system. Blueberries are also known to prevent heart disease.

Ingredients: 60g blueberries 2 oranges Water and ice cubes Preparation Add the blueberries to the bottom of the container. Slice the oranges and add them to the carafe. Fill the carafe with ice cubes and fresh water. Enjoy chilled after infusing!

2 – ARTICHOKE SMOOTHY TO BOOST BILE PRODUCTION, IMPROVE TRANSIT AND DIURE

Preparation After frying an onion and a clove of garlic in a little olive oil in a saucepan, add six artichoke bottoms. Cover with water and simmer for about 15 minutes. Pour the mixture into a blender, add 1 cm of fresh ginger and blend very finely. Let your preparation cool in the refrigerator for about 3 hours or overnight to drink it the next morning.

3 – IN THE MORNING, A LEMON JUICE

Its action on the secretion of bile acts in favor of the liver and, more broadly, promotes digestion. Lemon contains soluble fiber, vitamin C, calcium and is an excellent antioxidant for the liver. And, as we now know, antioxidants are excellent for detox (and also rejuvenation). Lemon has beneficial effects on blood sugar and fat dissolution. We make detox drinks with a lemon and warm water! How do you do it? Take a lemon juice every morning when you get up, with a little warm or room temperature water (but not cold water to spare your intestines). And wait about 10 minutes after drinking this acidic but alkalising juice before having breakfast. This lemon detox juice is the perfect way to start the day!

4 – CUCUMBER DETOX JUICE

This detox water will rid your body of toxins, but will also help eliminate excess fat your body. Cucumbers are diuretic and can help you fight water retention. Lemons and limes help remove toxins from the digestive tract and grapefruits help you burn fat.

The recipe: add 1 ½ liters of spring water,½ medium grapefruit (sliced), ½ cucumber (sliced), ½ sliced lemon and some mint leaves. Let sit in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving. Drink at least ½ liter per day for optimal results. Do not keep more than 24 hours for in the refrigerator.

5 – WATERMELON JUICE

Refreshing watermelon juice is prepared easily and quickly and will help you rid your body of toxins, while being refreshed during the long, hot summer days. All you need is a few pieces of watermelon, two cucumbers, fresh water and some mint leaves.
