Maris Pipers or any fluffy potatoes (ff)
Your choice of seasoning
Cut the potatoes into chip sized pieces, leave the skins on for better flavour, place in a saucepan with salted water, cook for 5 mins with a tsp of marmite, drain the water & dry chips on a paper towel.
Spray an oven-proof tray with Fry Light, lay the chips in a single layer, sprinkle with salt & any seasoning you want, spray with Fry Light, cook at 200c for 10 mins then remove, turn chips over & spray with Fry Light, cook for another 12-15 mins until cooked & browned. Enjoy with mushy peas & a egg.
