Green antioxidant smoothie Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 60 g spinach leaves
- 300 ml of plant milk
HOW:
Pour the vegetable milk into a blender and add the chopped banana and the washed spinach leaves. Blend gently until the smoothie has a creamy consistency. Enjoy without delay!
