Quick-fix cheesy pasta bake: slimming world quick recipe

Serves: 1 V
Ready in about: 15 minutes
Syns per serving: 2½


100g dried pasta shapes, such as fusilli or penne
2 baby leeks, thinly sliced
A few cabbage leaves, shredded
5 tbsp quark
1 tsp dried italian herbs
A handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
Salt and ground black pepper
1 level tbsp grated reduced-fat mature Cheddar


1) Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions, adding the leeks and cabbage for the final 3 minutes of cooking time, then drain well.

2) Preheat your grill to high. Mix the quark, herbs and tomatoes into the pasta, leek and cabbage, and season. Tip everything into an ovenproof dish, sprinkle over the cheese and grill for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbling and golden.
