Ingredients
- Small gammon or pork joint (all visible fat removed)
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 chopped peppers
- 2 tins of baked beans (normal tin size)
- 1 teaspoon of chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 6 tablespoons of tomato puree
Instructions

- Remove all visible fat from gammon
- Chop vegetables and crush garlic
- Place all ingredients into the slow cooker
- Stir the beans mixture around the joint of meat
- Pop the lid on
- Cook for 6 hours on low
- Remove the gammon and shred into small bitesize pieces.
- Return the gammon to the slow cooker and stir
- Serve and enjoy!
