SW recipe: Carrot Risotto In The Slow Cooker

Ingredients

Slow Cooker
Julienne Peeler
10 Medium Carrots peeled
1 Tbsp Fromage Frais
1 Tbsp Skimmed Milk
75 g Soft Cheese
1 Tbsp Garlic Puree
2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Metric – Imperial

Method

Chop your carrots into bite sized pieces and place them in your food processor. When it resembles grains of rice place it into your slow cooker.
In your slow cooker add the rest of your ingredients to the carrot rice and mix well.
Place it on high for 3 hours and then serve.
