4 Weight Watchers Wraps
2 Large Potatoes
1 Small White Onion
1 Small Egg Beaten
80 g Diet Cheddar Cheese
60 g Cheshire Cheese
1 Tbsp Chives
Salt & Pepper
Peel and thinly dice the potatoes and onion and place it in the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker. Add a cup (250ml of water), place the lid on the Instant Pot, set the valve to sealing and cook for 8 minutes.
While they’re steaming grate your cheese and slice your wraps in half.
Manually release pressure.
Drain the potatoes and onion and place back in the Instant Pot inner pot.
Add the seasoning and the grated cheese to the Instant Pot and give it a good mix, work it well with a fork so that the soft potatoes will be like semi mash.
Place ½ a wrap at a time into the pasty press and brush with egg. Add pasty filling to one side making sure you don’t over fill it.
Press it down until it resembles a pasty shape.
Brush with egg on the outside.
Place in the air fryer and cook for 2 minutes on each side at 200c/400f.
