454g pack of mince
1onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 small carrot grated
1 celery stick finely chopped
1 red chilli chopped
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp paprika
3 tbsp tomato purée
240g can kidney beans
400g can chopped tomatoes
1 large spring onion
Allowance of cheese grated


Spray a pan with frylight , cook onion, garlic, celery , carrot and red chilli, for 3-4 mins until beginning to soften
Add beef, Chinese spice, cumin, chilli, paprika and cook for a further 3-4 mins
When beef is browned add kidney beans, puree and tomatoes, bring to boil And simmer for 20 mins, add seasoning to taste.
Serve topped with grated cheese And chopped spring onion, SW Wedges and chopped salad
