SW recipe: Chocolate and cherry pots

SUPER SIMPLE
Serves 6
Syns per serving 1½
Ready in 30 minutes, plus cooling and chilling

Ingredients

2 sheets leaf gelatine

100ml skimmed milk

2 level tbsp cocoa powder, plus ¼ level tsp to decorate

2 level tsp sweetener

3 x 160g pots Müllerlight Cherry yogurt, reserving 6 tsp to decorate

15 fresh cherries, 9 halved and pitted, 6 left whole with stalks to decorate

6 tsp Müllerlight Fat Free Natural Greek Style yogurt, to decorate

Method

1 Soak the gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes, or until softened. Meanwhile, put the milk, 2 level tbsp cocoa powder and the sweetener in a small saucepan, then whisk until smooth. Place over a medium heat and whisk for 4-5 minutes, or until simmering. Remove from the heat.

2 Remove the gelatine, squeeze out any excess water and add to the cocoa mixture. Stir until dissolved, then leave to cool. Put the cherry yogurt and cocoa mixture into a food processor and whizz until smooth.

3 Divide the yogurt mixture between 6 dessert glasses. Chill for 4-6 hours, or until just set.

4 To serve, dollop 1 tsp of the reserved cherry yogurt over each pot, followed by 3 cherry halves, 1 tsp Greek-style yogurt and a whole cherry. Evenly sift over the cocoa powder.
