SW recipe: Crispy Shredded Chicken

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts

salt, black pepper

1 beaten egg

25g plain flour

Red and green peppers

Sweet chilli sauce to serve

Method:

Cut 2 chicken breasts into strips, as thinly as you can, add some rock salt, black pepper, 1 beaten egg and 25g plain flour (4 syns) to a bowl, mix into a batter and coat the chicken. Thinly slice some peppers (about a handful).

Spray a baking tray with frylite. Spread the chicken evenly over the baking tray. Cook on a medium heat in the oven, stirring occasionally. Spray with more fry lite if needed.

Once almost cooked add the peppers. Toss through till the chicken is crispy and golden and serve with Sweet chilli sauce ( 1 Half Syns per level tablespoon )
