12 skinless chicken thighs or drumsticks
125 ml apple juice
4 tablespoons of MyProtein Zero Maple Syrup
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 star anise
1 cinnamon stick halved
6 cloves of garlic
Spray the chicken liberally with spray oil.
Put it in a bowl with the other ingredients.
Make sure the chicken is completely coated and cover the bowl with cling film. Leave the marinade at least overnight. Longer the better.
Dump everything in a roasting tin and cook at 200c for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
