- 250 g Tub of Quark
- Large handful of basil
- Large handful of mint
- Large handful of dill
- 2 Cloves of garlic peeled
- Zest and Juice of a lemon
- Plenty of black pepper and sea salt

Blitz everything together until completely smooth.
