SW recipe: Potato and cauliflower rosti

1 large potato – grated
A quarter of a small cauliflower – grated
1 egg – beaten
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
Salt and pepper

Mix all the ingredients together. Shape the rosti into small balls and flatten out on a board.
Place in a frying pan with some fry light and cook around 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
