SW recipe: Sesame and Chilli Stir-fry

Ingredients:

300g chicken
3tsp sesame oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 red chillies thinly sliced (leave some seeds but not too much for a ‘kick’)
4tsp light soy sauce
200g stir fry vegetables
1tsp sesame seeds
Salt pepper to taste

Method:

– cook chicken
– add all ingredients including stir fry veg and cook until desired adding more or less sesame seeds and soy sauce as desired.
– serve with rice or noodles
