SW recipe: Slow-cooker honey garlic chicken

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts
6 spring onions (the white parts), sliced
6 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp sesame seeds
coriander to garnish

Method:

In a small bowl, mix together the honey, tomato puree, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and water. Stir through the spring onions and crushed garlic.
Pop the chicken breasts into the bottom of the slow-cooker bowl, and cover with the sauce. Put the lid on.
Cook on high for 3 hours, stirring half was through cooking.
The chicken should now pull apart easily, and you can shred the chicken into the sauce.
To serve, dry fry the sesame seeds and sprinkle over the top, then garnish with chopped fresh coriander.
