SW recipe: Slow Cooker Mexican Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

1 chopped onion,
1 chopped clove garlic
1 can black beans,
1 can kidney beans
1 diced green chilli
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 pint chicken stock
1 can sweetcorn
Juice from 1 lime
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more or less to taste)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
salt to taste
Handful freshly chopped coriander
2 chicken breasts fillets, skinless, cut into 1-2” cubes (no need to pre-cook)

Method:

All into slow cooker, put all ingredients, stir well and cook 6-8 hours and serve.
