SW recipe: Slow cooker sticky garlic chicken

Ingredients:

4 boneless chicken breasts
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Tin diet orange juice
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Brown rice, or white for serving

Directions:

Light spray slow cook with frylite
Place chicken breasts on the bottom of the slow cooker one next to another, and season with salt and pepper.
In a mixing bowl, combine diet orange juice , soy sauce, garlic and ginger; mix until combined.
Spoon or pour over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours, or on high for 3 hours.
Remove chicken from slow cooker and transfer to a plate.Spoon the orange sauce over chicken.
Garnish with speed veg of choice and serve with your brown or white rice. Also nice with SW chips
