SW recipe: Turkey and bacon ranch wraps


4 rashers back bacon, all visible fat removed
4 lean cooked turkey breast slices, all visible fat removed
1 green pepper, deseeded and sliced
1 tomato, deseeded and roughly chopped
1 tsp paprika

For the ranch sauce:

150g fat-free natural fromage frais
A small handful of finely chopped fresh parsley and dill
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 tsp white wine vinegar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper


Preheat your grill to high.
Grill the bacon for 3-4 minutes on each side. Drain on kitchen paper and cut into strips.
Meanwhile, mix the ranch sauce ingredients in a small bowl, season well and spread over one side of the turkey slices.
Divide the pepper, tomato and bacon strips between the turkey slices, sprinkle with the paprika and roll up each one (hold them in place with cocktail sticks).
Serve immediately, or cool and keep in the fridge for up to 2 days.
